Description

One-component water-dilutable parquet varnish based on acrylate-urethane dispersion is intended for varnishing parquet floors in both residential and intensively operated public spaces. Forms a glossy wear-resistant coating. No organic solvents are released during varnishing and drying. (Not to be used for varnishing parquet from certain varieties of beech and "diamond pine"). Stir the varnish before use. Dilution is not usually required. Varnished surfaces are cleaned of dirt and dust. Priming of parquet with primer varnish NEOKRON SEALER is recommended. NEOKRON varnish itself can also be used for priming. Priming is done with a brush or roller in 1 coat or with a special steel trowel-putty for 2-3 coats. After applying the primer, sanding must be carried out. Drying time before sanding - not less than 6 hours. Grinding is not usually required when priming with a special steel trowel-varnish. The varnish is applied in 2-3 coats (excluding the primer). The application must be carried out in even layers, preventing local accumulation of varnish. The aging time of the interlayers must be at least 5 hours. Drying time until the start of free movement - 6 hours. At lower temperatures, the drying time increases. The varnish hardens completely within 1 week from the date of application. It is allowed to lay carpets, place furniture, wet clean, as well as apply protective waxes not earlier than after 1 week. The temperature of the air and the surface to be varnished must not be lower than + 10 ° C. For relative humidity - not higher than 80%. Direct sunlight and drafts should be avoided when applying the varnish. Use water to wash work tools. Residues of dried varnish are removed with acetone or solvent 646.
