Coronavirus (COVID-19) information
With recent measures in place due to COVID-19, we are currently seeing high demand for home delivery of our products. Whilst we will continue to deliver all of our available range, we are experiencing longer lead times for delivery from our range and from our suppliers.
Please note that we cannot amend an order once placed - please contact our customer services team at info@smartdo.co.uk if you need to cancel your order.
We deliver to most UK addresses. Currently though, we can’t deliver to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.
Contact-free delivery
For parcel deliveries to your home, your order will be delivered contact-free to your doorstep.
For larger deliveries, our drivers will contact you 1 hour prior to the delivery. Please keep in mind when ordering bulky or heavy items that contact-free deliveries will be delivered to your hallway or threshold entrance. For the safety of our customers and delivery partners, and in line with government guidelines, we are currently unable to deliver items to the room of your choice.
How will my order be delivered?
We will send your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery method possible. We will select the appropriate delivery method and carrier when you order.
You can see the delivery method chosen for your products in the dispatch confirmation email that you will receive from us as soon as your ordered products have been dispatched
Small parcel delivery
Your items are being delivered by one of our parcel carriers to your front door. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and tracking number.
Large parcel delivery*
Some larger items will be delivered by carriers to the entrance door of your dwelling, delivering over the threshold. Upon dispatch we will email you with detailed delivery instructions and an estimated delivery date. We will also contact you via email and/or text message with further delivery instructions and the time window for delivery.
*Your delivery cost will be calcluated in the shopping bag based on your chosen products.
Click & collect
A contact-free, simple, quick and easy service! Place an order at home or on the go, and collect it from our depot.
Delivery to depot is free. You will be advised of the earliest delivery. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please take one form of personal identification e.g. driving license or utility bill and either your credit account statement, delivery note or letter accompanying your Directory. We will email you when your order is ready for collection. If you’ve given us your mobile number, we’ll also send you a text when your order is ready for collection.

All quoted delivery dates and times are estimates and although we will try our best to meet them, we will not be responsible if we are unable to do so. We will let you know if we cannot deliver your products within 30 days of when we receive your payment and will give you the option to either wait for the products or cancel your order and receive a full refund.
We strongly recommend that you do not book fitters or trades persons until your order has been delivered and checked by you. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party costs or charges which you incur due to non-delivery of an order, or orders that have not been checked on delivery.
