Product: One-component polyurethane foam, thick with a dense structure. Dries evenly when dry. Suitable for: Installation of window sills, windows, doors and various other frames made of metal wood or PVC in boxes. For filling gaps and cracks. Surface preparation: The surface must be cleaned, degreased. It is recommended to slightly moisten the surface before treatment. Application: Shake the cylinder well (approx. 30 times) before use. Screw on the gun. At the beginning of the seams fill about 70%. Joints wider than 4 cm and deeper than 5 cm, fill by filling the foam in several layers. Allow to dry for 15-30 minutes before applying the next layer, and moisten the previous layer again before filling. Fill the vertical seams from the bottom up. Operating temperature: From + 5 ° C to + 35 ° C Optimum cylinder temperature + 20 ° C Treatment: After approx. 60 minutes, excess foam can be cut off. Hardened foam is not resistant to UV radiation. After complete hardening, the foam should be covered with plaster, putty or silicone. Uncured foam can only be removed with the tools provided. Hardened foam can only be removed mechanically (by scraping, scraping). General conditions: Do not heat cylinder or other means. Cover the floor, window sill or other surface with film or paper for protection. Provide ventilation when working indoors. Expiry date: 18 months. Store in a closed container at a temperature between + 5 ° C and + 25 ° C. Consumption: Depending on air temperature and humidity: from 30 to 45 L per cylinder.
