Ready-to-use dispersion glue. Excellent gluing speed due to large amount of non-volatile substances. Provides strong gluing of parquet (piece parquet or mosaic) and skirting boards to concrete, cement, wood, MDP, MPP and similar surfaces. We recommend performing a preliminary surface compatibility test.
SURFACE PREPARATION. The surfaces to be glued must be dry, level, stable, securely fastened, strong and clean. Prior to gluing on mineral surfaces, water-absorbent and uneven surfaces, priming is recommended.
GLUING. Stir well before use! The glue is applied by hand using different types of spatulas, construction guns. When gluing parquet in the room, the humidity should not exceed 60%. If the parquet is glued to the concrete surface, its moisture content should not exceed 3%, if on the floor base, MDP, OSB or the like, their moisture content should not exceed 12%. Before laying the parquet, it must be allowed to adapt to the conditions of the room, so for some time the parquet must be left in the room where it will be laid. In order to achieve the strongest adhesion of the surfaces to be glued, the adhesive must be applied to both surfaces. At higher temperatures and low humidity the glue dries faster, and vice versa. Open maturation time is no more than 15 minutes. Do not glue if the ambient temperature is below + 10 ° C. Consumption of glue - 1.5–3.0 m2 / kg. The adhesive is ready to use, so any additives can completely change the adhesive properties of the adhesive. Used tools and containers can be washed with warm water to which detergent has been added.
STORAGE CONDITIONS, SAFETY AT WORK. Store the adhesive in a tightly closed container at a temperature not lower than + 4 ° C. Protect from freezing! Keep out of reach of children. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice! In case of contact with skin, rinse immediately with plenty of soap and water.
