Description
Universal putty ELVI 1L: Vinyl-acrylate-based putty for interior use. It is intended for filling small gaps and recesses during interior finishing works, for leveling concrete, lightweight concrete, plastered, gypsum, plasterboard and wooden surfaces before painting or wallpapering. Recommended for surfaces where increased strength of the putty is required (slopes, corners of window and door openings). Contains an antiseptic to kill fungal bacteria and mold during storage. Easy to apply and easy to sand.
SURFACE PREPARATION. The fragile layer of the surface is removed, porous and highly moisture-absorbing surfaces should be primed with ELVI TPB-5, A-05 or another compound before filling.
APPLICATION. Apply the putty on a clean, dry, hard surface. Apply the next layer of putty after complete drying of the previous layer and priming of the sanded areas. After drying, the surface is sanded with fine-grained emery paper. TECHNICAL DATA. The solvent is water. White colour. The maximum particle size is 80 μm. Density - 1.8 g / cc. The maximum applied layer thickness for a single layer coating is 2 mm. Drying time at a temperature of + 15 ° C to + 21 ° C and an air humidity of 75% - from 1.5 to 20 hours (depending on the thickness of the applied layer). Work temperature - above + 15 ° C.
CONSUMPTION. With a layer thickness of 1 mm of continuous filler, approximately 1 l / m2.
ATTENTION! The putty has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production if stored in a tightly closed container and at temperatures above + 5 ° C.
